Responsibility
- Identify and recruit qualified franchise candidates for multi-unit expansion
- Manage a robust franchise pipeline from lead qualification to closing
- Lead territory development strategies including market analysis and site selection
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to support franchise launches and brand standards
- Negotiate franchise agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to franchisees to drive performance
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and compliance; optimize franchising processes
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in franchising, franchise sales, or multi-unit development
- Proven track record of closing franchise deals and growing territories
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and financial modeling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Willingness to travel 25-40% for site visits and partner meetings
- Familiarity with CRM systems and franchise operations platforms
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
