Responsibility
- Identify and recruit qualified franchise candidates through networking, lead generation, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Conduct due diligence, interviews, and evaluations of potential franchisees to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
- Develop and deliver compelling franchise presentations and investment proposals tailored to prospective partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline the onboarding process and drive franchisee success from launch to maturity.
- Manage the franchise sales pipeline, ensuring timely communications and follow-up for all leads.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and signed agreements within the CRM system.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar capacity.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within franchising or multi-unit business.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of franchise models, FDD, and compliance processes.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
