Responsibility
- Identify, attract, and qualify new franchise partners in alignment with growth objectives.
- Develop strategic lead generation and nurturing campaigns to drive candidate engagement.
- Guide prospects through the franchise sales process from initial inquiry to signing agreements.
- Conduct market research and demographic analysis to pinpoint high-potential markets.
- Present and represent the brand at industry events, expos, and webinars.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Track pipeline activity, analyze performance metrics, and report on conversion rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of franchising trends, best practices, and regulations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of successful franchise development or sales experience.
- Strong understanding of franchise disclosure documents and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to exceed targets and KPIs.
