Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end franchise sales cycle from inquiry to signed agreement.
  • Develop territory plans, market analyses, and recruitment strategies.
  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new franchisees and area developers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute franchise recruitment campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms, fees, and support packages to maximize win/win outcomes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing support to drive success.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Operations to ensure compliance and successful launches.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of franchise development, sales, or business development experience.
  • Proven track record of closing franchise deals and building productive partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for multi-stakeholder audiences.
