As the Franchise Development Manager, you will drive franchise sales, nurture partnerships, and guide franchisees from initial inquiry through launch. Responsibility
- Identify and qualify franchise candidates through market research and outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end franchise sales cycle from inquiry to signed agreement.
- Develop territory plans, market analyses, and recruitment strategies.
- Lead onboarding and training programs for new franchisees and area developers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute franchise recruitment campaigns.
- Negotiate terms, fees, and support packages to maximize win/win outcomes.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing support to drive success.
- Coordinate with Legal and Operations to ensure compliance and successful launches.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of franchise development, sales, or business development experience.
- Proven track record of closing franchise deals and building productive partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for multi-stakeholder audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of franchise operations, training, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed (post-pandemic norms).
