FranchiseForge Global is seeking a results-driven Franchise Development Manager to accelerate expansion across multiple territories. This role blends strategic market analysis, sales acumen, and partner enablement to recruit high-potential franchisees and support ongoing franchise operations.
In this role you will partner with leadership to shape territory plans, build a robust pipeline, and ensure new franchisees thrive under the brand standards while maximizing unit economics.
Responsibility
- Identify and prioritize target markets and territories aligned with company growth strategy
- Lead end-to-end franchise sales process from initial contact to agreement and handoff to operations
- Develop and execute franchise recruitment campaigns leveraging digital and events
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and ops teams to manage FDDs, disclosures, and onboarding
- Provide ongoing support and training to new and existing franchisees to optimize performance
- Forecast pipeline, track KPIs, and report progress to executive leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor local campaigns and landmark launches
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years in franchise development, franchise sales, or strategic B2B sales
- Proven success closing multi-territory franchise agreements
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, FDDs, and onboarding processes
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools; ability to translate data into action
- Willingness to travel 25-40% and work cross-functionally with global teams
