Nova Franchise Group is a premium franchising partner helping brands scale through strategic development, recruitment, and operational excellence. We are seeking a results-driven Franchise Development Manager to expand our network in the Dallas market.

This role blends strategic planning, sales, and relationship leadership to recruit qualified franchisees, negotiate agreements, and support new openings from first contact to grand opening.

Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify prospective franchise candidates in the Dallas market and surrounding territories.
  • Lead end-to-end franchise sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
  • Conduct market analysis and territory planning to optimize growth while aligning with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Legal to tailor franchise packages and support materials.
  • Manage the franchise development pipeline in CRM, track KPIs, and report milestones to leadership.
  • Support onboarding, training, and launch activities for new franchisees to ensure speed-to-opening and unit performance.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with broker networks, developers, and multi-unit operators to source high-potential opportunities.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in franchise development, sales, or business development within consumer brands or service franchises.
  • Proven track record of closing franchise deals and recruiting qualified franchisees in assigned markets.
  • Solid understanding of franchising laws, disclosure requirements, fee structures, and contract negotiation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision making.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple deals concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for site visits, discovery days, and franchise discovery events.
