We are seeking a results-driven Franchise Development Manager to identify, recruit, and support top-tier franchise partners in the Orlando market. You will own the end-to-end franchise sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand standards and profitable growth.

Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end franchise development process from prospecting to signing, achieving quarterly and annual unit goals.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline in the Orlando market.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and territory planning to identify optimal locations and brands.
  • Partner with Marketing to craft compelling franchise offerings, FDD elements, and communications that adhere to brand standards.
  • Perform due diligence, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to present compelling business cases to candidates.
  • Coach and support new franchisees through onboarding, training, and launch planning.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue, and report KPIs to executive leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in franchise development, sales, or multi-unit franchising; proven quota attainment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level prospects.
  • Solid financial modeling, P&L understanding, and ROI assessment capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of FDD, franchising regulations, and brand compliance.
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision making; proficient in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours as needed.
