In this role, you will partner with cross functional teams to identify, recruit, and support high potential franchisees; lead market analysis; and develop long term expansion plans that align with our brand standards and financial objectives.
What you will do includes driving franchise development strategy, managing a robust candidate funnel, and collaborating with Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure a seamless, high quality franchise experience from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing support.

Responsibility
- Drive franchise development strategy and funnel management to convert interest into signed agreements.
- Lead end to end franchise recruitment from sourcing to onboarding of qualified multi unit candidates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and ideal candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and Operations to standardize franchise packages and disclosure documents.
- Manage franchisee onboarding, initial training, and ongoing support programs to ensure brand consistency.
- Negotiate and close franchise agreements while maintaining profitability and compliance.
- Forecast expansion performance and deliver regular updates to executive leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with development partners and regional brokers.
Qualification
- 5+ years in franchise development, sales, or business development within the franchising sector.
- Proven track record in closing multi unit franchise deals and meeting growth targets.
- Strong market research, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and deal tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to travel 40-60% and work cross-functionally across departments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player.
