Responsibility
- Own the full franchise development lifecycle from lead generation to signing opportunities and onboarding.
- Source, screen, and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective franchise partners across defined territories.
- Lead market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and ROI modeling to validate expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to craft compelling franchise offerings and onboarding programs.
- Present and negotiate franchise agreements, business terms, and support packages with potential partners.
- Coordinate discovery days, due diligence, and site visits; ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support launches, training, and ongoing franchise performance monitoring.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in franchising, business development, or B2B sales with a track record of closing multi-unit deals.
- Strong financial acumen with experience building ROI models and P&L analysis for prospective territories.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite and franchise prospects.
- Deep knowledge of franchise disclosure documents, regulatory requirements, and brand compliance.
- Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing partner network; strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
- Willingness to travel 40-60% and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
