If you’re passionate about franchising, thrive on building high-quality partnerships, and excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Perks include competitive base salary, performance bonuses, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities. Travel is required to meet potential partners and open new markets.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to craft compelling franchise offerings and onboarding programs.
  • Present and negotiate franchise agreements, business terms, and support packages with potential partners.
  • Coordinate discovery days, due diligence, and site visits; ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support launches, training, and ongoing franchise performance monitoring.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in franchising, business development, or B2B sales with a track record of closing multi-unit deals.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience building ROI models and P&L analysis for prospective territories.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite and franchise prospects.
  • Deep knowledge of franchise disclosure documents, regulatory requirements, and brand compliance.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing partner network; strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
