You will lead franchise recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support to build a scalable multi unit pipeline. This is a strategic, field oriented role with no micro management and a strong emphasis on performance, compliance, and partner satisfaction.

As a key member of the growth team, you will identify target markets, structure franchise opportunities, manage the due diligence process, and collaborate across marketing, operations and legal to accelerate territory expansion.

What you bring: a proven track record in franchising or multi unit business development, superb relationship building, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to translate data into action. You will travel to markets, negotiate agreements, train new franchisees, and support existing partners to maximize brand standards and profitability.

Responsibility

  • Identify and qualify high-potential franchise markets and leads to build a healthy development funnel.
  • Lead the end-to-end franchise sales cycle from inquiry to execution, including proposals, financial modeling, and agreements.
  • Partner with marketing to create franchise recruitment campaigns and lead generation strategies.
  • Onboard, train, and support new franchisees ensuring brand standards and profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing franchise partners to improve performance and retention.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, territory performance, and ROI to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with legal and operations to ensure compliant, scalable franchise agreements and playbooks.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in franchising, franchise sales, or multi-unit business development.
  • Strong knowledge of franchise law, financial modeling, and territorial planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time and manage a dispersed partner network.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strategic thinker with hands on, results oriented attitude.
