Responsibility
- Identify and recruit qualified franchise candidates through targeted outreach and networking.
- Develop and execute strategic expansion plans for multiple franchise brands.
- Manage the full franchise sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution.
- Collaborate closely with legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Represent the company at franchising events, expos, and industry meetings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Advise franchisees on compliance, brand standards, and best practices for successful operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in franchise development or sales management.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and meet targets.
- Strong understanding of franchising operations, FDDs, and legal compliance.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and franchise meetings as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
