BluePeak Franchising is seeking a strategic and results-driven Franchise Development Manager to accelerate growth across the US market. This role blends enterprise sales, market analysis, and partner enablement to build a robust franchise network.
You will collaborate with executive leadership, real estate, and marketing to identify target territories, qualify leads, and close franchise agreements that align with our brand standards and long-term profitability.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a national franchise expansion plan, targeting strategic territories and high-potential markets.
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified franchise candidates; lead the due diligence and approval process.
- Negotiate and close franchise agreements with favorable terms while protecting brand standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support onboarding, training, and initial launch for new franchisees.
- Partner with Real Estate and Finance teams to assist site selection, financial modeling, and cap table alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives to maximize franchisee profitability and brand growth.
- Maintain CRM and reporting dashboards to track pipeline, conversions, and territory expansion milestones.
Qualification
- 5+ years in franchise development, multi-unit sales, or franchise operations within a recognized brand.
- Proven track record of signing 5+ franchise agreements in a single year and achieving or surpassing growth targets.
- Strong knowledge of franchise disclosure processes, contract terms, and compliance guidelines.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with prospective franchisees and internal teams.
- Data-driven with proficiency in CRM and market analytics tools; ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Ability to travel up to 40% and operate in a remote/hybrid environment.
