Responsibility
- Greet visitors, answer telephone and email inquiries, and direct requests to the appropriate teams.
- Manage front desk operations including maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff and management.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office logistics; manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Administration to ensure timely responses and seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies on privacy, security, and confidentiality.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional admin or secretarial training is a plus.
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, time management, and attention to detail.
