Join PeakGrowth Coaching as a full-time Executive & Life Coach to empower leaders and professionals to unlock peak performance. You will design and deliver coaching programs, facilitate transformative sessions, and partner with organizations to cultivate resilient, high-performing cultures.
We are seeking a strategic, empathetic coach who can blend evidence-based methodologies with practical business insights to drive measurable outcomes for clients. This role blends 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and scalable program development.
What you will do:
- Conduct confidential coaching sessions with executives and teams to identify high-leverage development areas.
- Design customized coaching plans, track progress, and measure impact with clear success metrics.
- Facilitate group workshops and team-based coaching programs to improve communication, collaboration, and psychological safety.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to align coaching with organizational goals and leadership pipelines.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, manage schedules, and ensure compliant, ethical coaching practices.
- Stay current with coaching methodologies and industry trends; contribute to program development and content.
Responsibility

Qualification
- Accredited coaching certification (ICF ACC/PCC or equivalent) or advanced degree with extensive coaching experience.
- 5+ years of professional coaching experience with executives, managers, or high-potential talent.
- Exceptional listening, questioning, and communication skills; ability to foster psychological safety.
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable goals (promotions, performance improvements).
- Experience designing and delivering both 1:1 coaching and group workshops; comfortable with virtual delivery tools.
- Proficiency with coaching tools and assessments (e.g., CliftonStrengths, EQ-based assessments) and basic CRM usage.
- Ability to work across time zones (if remote) and travel up to 20% as needed.
