Harborview University invites applications for a Full-Time Lecturer in the School of Arts and Sciences. The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate courses, contribute to curriculum development, and support student success across multiple disciplines.

Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars for assigned courses
- Develop and update course syllabi, learning objectives, and assessments
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment and support diverse students
- Utilize diverse teaching modalities, including online platforms and hybrid formats
- Assess student work, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and program improvement
- Participate in departmental service, mentoring, and outreach initiatives
Qualification
- Master's degree in a relevant field (PhD preferred) or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated excellence in university-level teaching with evidence of student learning impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in diverse teams
- Experience with online or hybrid learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to design and implement assessments aligned with learning outcomes
- Commitment to inclusive pedagogy and DEI initiatives
- Willingness to contribute to service and curriculum development
