As a full-time teacher, you will design and deliver engaging lessons, tailor instruction to diverse learners, and monitor progress to ensure measurable outcomes. You will leverage Tutorjohn resources and digital tools to create interactive experiences, while maintaining clear communication with students, parents, and the Tutorjohn curriculum team.

Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons for assigned subjects and age groups.
- Assess student progress through observations, quizzes, and assignments, and provide timely feedback to support improvement.
- Develop individualized learning plans and practice materials tailored to each student’s needs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, assessments, and progress in Tutorjohn’s systems.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to align learning goals and milestones.
- Collaborate with the Tutorjohn curriculum team to ensure lessons meet program standards and outcomes.
- Leverage classroom technology and digital resources to create interactive and motivational learning experiences.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and growth.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject; teaching certification is preferred.
- Proven teaching or tutoring experience, ideally within Singapore’s education landscape.
- Excellent command of English and strong subject knowledge across designated subjects.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt instruction to diverse learning styles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-school and weekend sessions.
- Commitment to student success, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.
