Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients in ambulatory and hospital settings.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging) and interpret results to guide care.
- Emphasize preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
- Document medical histories, assessments, and care plans accurately in the EHR while ensuring compliance.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, prognosis, and treatment options; support shared decision-making.
Qualification
- Medical Doctor (MD/DO) with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active medical license to practice in New York.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in general medicine or primary care.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and clinical decision support tools.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and bedside manner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment; flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends.
