Responsibility
- Provide evidence-based primary care to a diverse patient population across all ages.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses with timely and accurate assessment.
- Develop individualized care plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate referrals.
- Partner with nurses, physician assistants, and care coordinators to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- Utilize electronic medical records to document visits and track outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyles, and treatment options.
Qualification
- Medical degree (MD/DO) with Board Certification in General Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active medical license in New York or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in primary care or internal medicine.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Experience with EMR systems and patient-centered care models.
