Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive primary care for adult patients
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans and preventive strategies
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualification
- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license in New York or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in primary care
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Proficient in electronic health records and clinical decision support tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
