Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in adult patients.
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams as needed.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
- Participate in quality assurance, peer reviews, and continuing medical education.
Qualification
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Valid and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to providing evidence-based medicine.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- BLS/ACLS certification required.
