Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adults
- Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize care
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and preventive care
- Document in electronic medical records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
Qualification
- MD or DO degree; board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or General Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum 2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered approach
- Proficiency with electronic health records and care coordination
