SummitCare Health Group is seeking a compassionate General Medicine physician to join our Seattle clinic. Our practice focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered outcomes.

- Deliver high-quality primary care across all ages
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate preventive services
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document accurately in the electronic health record and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and treatment options
- Engage in evidence-based practice and uphold patient safety standards

Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population across all ages
- Perform preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
- Develop and implement personalized care plans and follow-up strategies
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and treatment options
- Engage in continuous professional development and adherence to evidence-based practices
Qualification
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active or in-process medical license to practice in Washington
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in primary care preferred
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, medical assistants, and specialists
- Proficiency with electronic health records and health information privacy
- Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
