Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive services to adult patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses with evidence-based strategies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Perform routine physical examinations, screenings, and health maintenance counseling.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the EHR and ensure continuity of care.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and participate in clinical governance.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-management.
Qualification
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and active medical license to practice in California.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or General Medicine.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in outpatient adult medicine.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical reasoning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare technology.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic.
