Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluations, and routine physical exams.
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic tools.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and disease management.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement, teaching, and research initiatives.
Qualification
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license, or eligibility to obtain.
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Exceptional diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
