Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare to adult patients.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various specialties.
- Engage in patient education and promote evidence-based self-care practices.
- Maintain up-to-date medical records and adhere to institutional protocols.
- Participate in continuing medical education and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor medical residents, interns, and students as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff.
Qualification
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification (or eligibility) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of two years of post-residency clinical experience preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in patient-centered care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records.
- Current BLS/ACLS certification.
