In this full-time role, you will diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, formulate comprehensive care plans, coordinate with specialists, and champion preventive care across all ages.

Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care and acute care management for adults and seniors
- Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and clinical assessments
- Coordinate with specialists and community resources to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality metrics in the EHR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and disease management
Qualification
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
- Active medical license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in General Medicine or primary care
- Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical decision support tools
- U.S. residency or equivalent training; eligibility for credentialing and privileging
