Responsibility

  • Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients in outpatient and urgent-care settings.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based approaches.
  • Develop personalized care plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate referrals to specialists.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physician assistants, and subspecialists to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Lead preventive care initiatives, patient education, and wellness programs.
  • Participate in rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement activities as needed.
  • Document care in the EMR with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualification

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school; board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active medical license or eligibility to obtain Massachusetts license
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general medicine or primary care
