Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including preventive services and routine health maintenance.
- Diagnose, manage, and coordinate treatment for acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop personalized care plans and monitor patient progress over time.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize outcomes.
- Utilize electronic medical records to document visits accurately and securely.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention to promote long-term wellness.
Qualification
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited program.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active or eligible medical license to practice in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in primary care (strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and bedside manner.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and a commitment to accurate documentation.
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
