Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
  • Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests and laboratory workups; coordinate care with specialists as needed.
  • Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans; monitor patient progress and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and long‑term wellness strategies.
  • Document thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR); ensure accurate coding and billing practices.
  • Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation and contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualification

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in California or eligible for licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general medicine or primary care preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient‑centered approach.
