In this role, you will have the autonomy to deliver evidence-based care, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and engage in continuing medical education to stay at the forefront of General Medicine.
Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct preventive care services, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings in line with guidelines.
- Develop evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans and monitor outcomes over time.
- Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, and care managers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR (Epic preferred) and ensure compliant coding and billing.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle changes.
- Participate in quality improvement projects, clinical protocol development, and professional development activities.
Qualification
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in MA.
- Minimum 3-5 years of outpatient primary care experience; residency-trained clinicians encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and strong patient-centered care skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic or similar system) and modern documentation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and commitment to professional standards and licensure requirements.
