Responsibility

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care for adult patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct preventive care services, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings in line with guidelines.
  • Develop evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans and monitor outcomes over time.
  • Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, and care managers to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR (Epic preferred) and ensure compliant coding and billing.
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle changes.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects, clinical protocol development, and professional development activities.

Qualification

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in MA.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of outpatient primary care experience; residency-trained clinicians encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and strong patient-centered care skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic or similar system) and modern documentation practices.
