Responsibility

  • Document all patient encounters accurately in the EMR and ensure data integrity.

Qualification

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school and board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in New York or eligibility for licensure.
  • Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with EPIC or similar is a plus.
