Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a busy outpatient clinic
  • Manage preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute presentations
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic testing and referrals as appropriate
  • Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR and ensure data quality
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance initiatives
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and preventive strategies

Qualification

  • MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active medical license to practice in California

  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC or similar)
