Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients, managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform preventive care, screenings, and risk factor modification.
- Document encounters accurately in the EMR and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and medication management.
- Mentor medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage as required.
- Engage in community health outreach and population health strategies.
Qualification
- MD or DO degree and board certification in internal medicine or family medicine.
- Active medical license to practice in California and facility privileges.
- Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in general medicine.
- Excellent patient communication and bedside manner skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and data-driven care.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic setting.
- Eligibility to participate in telemedicine services if applicable.
