Join a high-growth, data-driven team at NovaFlow Logistics as a Global Supply Chain Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role that partners with procurement, operations, and finance to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.
What you'll do and how you'll impact the business:
- Lead global demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and optimal service levels.
- Define and execute supply chain strategies across regions, suppliers, and distribution networks.
- Collaborate with procurement to negotiate favorable terms and manage supplier performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean/Six Sigma and data analytics.
- Own KPI dashboards and provide executive-level reporting on cost, service, and efficiency metrics.
- Implement and optimize ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to enable accurate forecasting and replenishment.
- Partner with logistics teams to optimize transportation modes, warehousing, and reverse logistics.
- Lead cross-functional projects to scale operations for new products and markets.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- 8+ years in supply chain leadership with global planning and procurement experience.
- Proven track record in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and reduced total landed cost.
- Strong proficiency with ERP/SCM systems (SAP/Oracle) and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
