Join a high-growth, data-driven team at NovaFlow Logistics as a Global Supply Chain Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role that partners with procurement, operations, and finance to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.

What you'll do and how you'll impact the business:

  • Lead global demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and optimal service levels.
  • Define and execute supply chain strategies across regions, suppliers, and distribution networks.
  • Collaborate with procurement to negotiate favorable terms and manage supplier performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean/Six Sigma and data analytics.
  • Own KPI dashboards and provide executive-level reporting on cost, service, and efficiency metrics.
  • Implement and optimize ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to enable accurate forecasting and replenishment.
  • Partner with logistics teams to optimize transportation modes, warehousing, and reverse logistics.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to scale operations for new products and markets.

  • Strong proficiency with ERP/SCM systems (SAP/Oracle) and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
