NovaSupply Global is a leading global provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our APAC operations from Singapore. This role blends strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and hands-on leadership to optimize network design, demand planning, and performance across multiple markets.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end APAC supply chain strategy, including network design, inventory policies, and transportation optimization.
- Own Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand, supply, and financial goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics partners to ensure reliable and resilient supply chains.
- Implement digital tools (ERP, WMS, TMS, analytics) to enable end-to-end visibility and data-driven decisions.
- Manage regional budgeting, KPI governance, and performance tracking.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and initiative.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with 3+ years in APAC or regional leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
- Strong ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) and data analytics proficiency (SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change-management skills.
- Hands-on project management experience and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements and risk management in international trade.
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
