Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
- Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and risk mitigation to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.
- Implement and optimize ERP systems and forecasting tools to enable data-driven decision making.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional project initiatives.
- Lead S&OP processes and scenario planning to balance supply and demand.
- Champion process improvements in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high levels of quality and safety.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and data tools.
- Experience with S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Familiarity with compliance, import/export regulations, and incoterms; knowledge of trade and logistics best practices.
- Project management or process improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
