Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning.
  • Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and risk mitigation to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.
  • Implement and optimize ERP systems and forecasting tools to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional project initiatives.
  • Lead S&OP processes and scenario planning to balance supply and demand.
  • Champion process improvements in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high levels of quality and safety.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and data tools.
  • Experience with S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Familiarity with compliance, import/export regulations, and incoterms; knowledge of trade and logistics best practices.
