NovaSupply Solutions is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our planning and operations for the US market. This role combines demand planning, inventory optimization, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional service levels while reducing total cost of ownership.
In this role you will partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to build robust S and OP processes, implement best-in-class analytics, and embody a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and S and OP processes to balance service levels and costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to develop integrated operation plans and capacity constraints.
- Analyze key performance metrics, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee master data accuracy and ERP system configuration to ensure accurate planning and execution.
- Own the estimation of total landed cost and lead efforts to reduce it through continuous improvement projects.
- Lead cross-functional projects including SSO improvements, lean initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in supply chain with 2+ years in demand planning or S and OP.
- Strong analytic capabilities with advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with lean, Six Sigma or other CI methods; project management experience helpful.
- Comfort with global supply chain environments and risk management.
