Responsibility
- Lead the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential threats
- Evaluate and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and address compliance issues
- Provide guidance and support to team members on GRC best practices
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
