Responsibility

Qualification

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse students and families; culturally responsive practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Experience with SEL programs, data-driven decision making, and assessment tools.
  • Knowledge of IEP/504 processes and accommodations; ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to equity and inclusion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to district policies and ethical standards.
