Responsibility
- Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to clients
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and salon equipment
- Stay updated on latest hair trends, treatments, and products
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Promote salon services, products, and ongoing promotions
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior stylists, if in Senior role
Qualification
- Relevant certification or diploma in Hairdressing/Hairstyling
- Previous experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sense of creativity and fashion awareness
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- For Senior positions: 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
