As Head of Business Development - Asia, you will define and execute a scalable growth strategy across APAC, identify and close strategic partnerships, and lead a regional BD function that integrates with product, marketing, and operations. You will own the P&L for the region, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure a data-driven approach to prioritizing opportunities and optimising pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, establishing clear KPIs and career paths to attract top talent.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a scalable Asia-focused growth strategy to deliver sustained revenue expansion.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs across APAC markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a regional business development team; set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and recruit top talent.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to optimize go-to-market plans, pricing, and packaging for regional customers.
  • Drive new market entry: assess opportunities, select target segments, and oversee local go-to-market execution.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L to ensure profitable growth and efficient resource allocation.
  • Establish a robust sales pipeline, monitor metrics, and report progress to executive leadership.
  • Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations with agencies, customers, and partners to secure long-term value.

Qualification

  • 10+ years in business development or sales leadership with a proven track record delivering revenue growth in APAC markets.
  • Strong network with agencies, advertisers, technology partners, and enterprise buyers across Asia.
  • Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams, budgets, and P&L management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to travel regionally and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
