Responsibility
- Develop and own the division's sales and growth strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team across sales, partnerships, and affiliate initiatives.
- Design, manage, and optimize affiliate marketing programs and promotional campaigns to drive acquisition and retention.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with merchants, drivers, corporate clients, and ecosystem partners.
- Conduct local market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Monitor KPIs, forecast performance, and report progress to executive leadership with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to improve processes and the customer journey.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and allocation of operational priorities for the division.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7+ years of sales, business development, or partnerships experience with leadership exposure, ideally in e-hailing, mobility, or tech sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience designing and executing affiliate marketing programs and performance campaigns.
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to translate data into action.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead through change.
