LaunchForge Ventures is seeking a strategic and energetic Head of Entrepreneurship Programs to lead our growth initiatives in Austin. You will design and run accelerator tracks, incubator programs, and entrepreneur-focused events that equip founders with the skills, networks, and resources to build scalable ventures.
As a senior leader, you will shape curriculum, recruit mentors, manage partnerships, and drive measurable outcomes across a growing portfolio of companies. This role blends program design, people leadership, and business development to accelerate startup success.
Responsibility
- Design and run accelerator tracks, bootcamps, and incubator programs to accelerate startup growth from idea to revenue.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-impact network of mentors, coaches, and corporate partners.
- Develop compelling curriculum, milestones, and success metrics; monitor portfolio performance and program ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to attract founders and investors.
- Oversee the selection process, due diligence, and portfolio onboarding with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and program operations to ensure sustainability and quality.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision making.
Qualification
- 5+ years building or managing entrepreneurship programs, accelerators, or startup operations.
- Proven track record of launching or scaling startups or venture programs.
- Strong network with venture capitalists, angels, and corporate partners.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and teaching skills.
- Experience designing curricula, metrics, and data-driven evaluation.
- Comfort leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets; willingness to travel as needed.
