A1 Construction is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of M&E / General Manager to oversee our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong M&E Construction experience in data centres, M&E-intensive facilities, residential, or hospitality projects. Knowledge of BIM and BCA Law is highly desirable.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage M&E construction projects
- Oversee project planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in BIM software
- Familiarity with building regulations and codes
