We’re hiring immediately for a Sales Agent to join Fast Life Insurance Services. This is a permanent, home-based opportunity with flexible hours for part-time or full-time schedules. No prior sales experience is required – we provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to career growth in the life insurance industry. You will help families protect what matters most while building your own professional skills in sales, client service, and financial planning.

As a Sales Agent, you will connect with potential clients, listen to their needs, and present suitable life insurance solutions with clarity and empathy. You’ll work with inbound and outbound leads, manage the sales cycle, and guide clients through quotes, applications, and underwriting. Our supportive team offers coaching, playbooks, and resources to help you succeed in a competitive market.

What you’ll receive: a competitive base salary in the range of ₱30,000–₱40,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives and bonuses. Responsibility

  • Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of potential clients seeking life insurance solutions; clearly articulate policy benefits and features.
  • Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and tailor recommendations to individual financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, chat, and email; respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM; track prospect status, activities, and conversions to measure performance.
  • Present policy options, prepare quotes, and assist clients through the application and underwriting process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; continuously optimize conversion rates and closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to maximize inbound leads and provide excellent client care.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and protect client information at all times.

Qualification

  • No prior sales experience required; training provided and career progression available.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; confident, empathetic, and persuasive.
  • Ability to work independently from a home-based setup with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
