Responsibility
- Oversee daily hospital operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth, patient-centered care.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across departments, aligning goals with the organization’s mission and strategy.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial performance, and resource utilization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and robust risk management programs.
- Implement process improvements, performance metrics, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Lead talent management, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive hospital administration or healthcare operations leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, JCAHO accreditation standards, and healthcare regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost containment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead change, drive cross-functional initiatives, and manage diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
