Responsibility

  • Lead the daily operations of the hospital to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and local regulatory standards; drive accreditation readiness.

Qualification
