MetroCare Health Systems is seeking a results-driven Hospital Administrator to lead operations at our flagship facility in New York, NY. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, compliant operations, and efficient service delivery.
As a Hospital Administrator, you will partner with clinical leaders, finance, HR, and IT to streamline workflows, manage budgets, and drive performance improvements across departments including Nursing, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Facilities.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
- Lead regulatory compliance programs, accreditation processes, and risk management.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to optimize staffing, productivity, and patient flow.
- Implement process improvements using data analytics and performance metrics.
- Lead talent development, coaching, and cross-department communication.
- Ensure patient-centered operations and service excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Proven budget management and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with EHR/health information systems and data analytics.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital environments and handle confidential information.
