Responsibility

  • Oversee hospital-wide operations including clinical, support services, and patient flow to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
  • Direct financial management, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle, and cost containment without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and other regulatory requirements; lead accreditation readiness.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve quality, patient experience, staff engagement, and operational performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop executive and department leaders; drive succession planning and talent management.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and department heads to optimize care pathways and resource utilization.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or MBA with healthcare focus; clinical background preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive hospital administration or healthcare operations experience, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Track record of improving financial performance, patient safety, and patient experience metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards; experience with accreditation processes.
