Responsibility
- Oversee hospital-wide administrative operations to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
- Lead, mentor, and develop administrative teams including HR, finance, admissions, and facilities.
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost-control initiatives to optimize resource use.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS) and drive quality improvement programs.
- Partner with clinical leadership to align operations with patient safety, quality metrics, and service excellence.
- Implement process improvements, patient flow optimization, and capacity planning.
- Develop policies and standard operating procedures that reinforce accountability and high performance.
- Lead vendor contracts, procurement, and facilities management to support hospital operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; Master’s in Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hospital administration or healthcare operations experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, CMS).
- Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare data analytics tools.
